History

10 Infantry Battalion was originally from Narellan, New South Wales. 48 Infantry Battalion was broken up on 27 August 1942 at Wallgrove, New South Wales. E Company of 48 was transferred to 19 Machine Gun Battalion. The rest of 48 Infantry Battalion was transferred to 108 Anti aircraft Regiment which also included 147, 148 and 149 Anti aircraft Batteries.,
